Fr\u00e5gor om vad som \u00e4r h\u00e5llbart, och f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 den b\u00e4sta v\u00e4gen fram\u00e5t, \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av \u00e4mnena som behandlas. Vi har l\u00e4st rapporten och sammanfattat det viktigaste.<\/strong><br><br>Sedan 1970-talet har bil\u00e4gandet i Sverige inte minskat utan snarare \u00f6kat med 116 %. Om vi ska klara satta milj\u00f6m\u00e5l och ta oss igenom br\u00e4nslekrisen, d\u00e5 \u00e4r det mycket som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 spel. \u00c4ven om det s\u00e4ljs fler elbilar st\u00e5r vi inf\u00f6r <strong>en m\u00e4ngd utmaningar p\u00e5 trafikomr\u00e5det <\/strong>och beh\u00f6ver hitta h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Mobilitet handlar i grunden om tillg\u00e4nglighet. <\/strong>Genom mobilitet, det vill s\u00e4ga r\u00f6rlighet, f\u00e5r m\u00e4nniskor tillg\u00e5ng till och kan bidra till s\u00e5dant som ger livet mening och som skapar v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r b\u00e5de individer och samh\u00e4lle &#8211; arbete, handel, kultur, natur, v\u00e5rd, idrott, utbildning, gemenskap. Tillg\u00e4nglighet ger m\u00e4nniskor frihet. Frihet att kunna resa dit man vill och beh\u00f6ver, men ocks\u00e5 frihet fr\u00e5n att beh\u00f6va resa.<\/p><cite>Ur <a href=\"https:\/\/static1.squarespace.com\/static\/634409b172f6e126eecc756e\/t\/635293a1b07c101972469f83\/1666356149950\/Framtidens+kollektiva+mobilitet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Framtiden kollektiva mobilitet<\/a> (s.6)<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kollektivtrafiken \u00e4r av st\u00f6rsta vikt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I rapporten har <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k2centrum.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">K2<\/a> tagit fasta p\u00e5 vad forskningen och experter har att s\u00e4ga i \u00e4mnet. F\u00f6r att minska utsl\u00e4ppen beh\u00f6ver vi satsa mer p\u00e5 det som redan fungerar, s\u00e5som kollektivtrafiken, men ocks\u00e5 <strong>bygga om st\u00e4der f\u00f6r g\u00e5ng- och cykeltrafik<\/strong>. Det handlar om att anv\u00e4nda nuvarande och eventuella framtida mobilitetsl\u00f6sningar p\u00e5 ett effektivt s\u00e4tt. <br><br>\u00c4ven p\u00e5 mindre orter och i glesbygden \u00e4r <strong>kollektivtrafiken en n\u00f6t som beh\u00f6ver kn\u00e4ckas<\/strong>. Om bilk\u00f6randet ska minska beh\u00f6vs vettiga och v\u00e4l fungerande alternativ. Medborgarna m\u00e5ste \u00f6vertygas om f\u00f6rdelarna med sam\u00e5kning, bilpooler och liknande. D\u00e4r kan vi inspireras av Berlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BVG t\u00e4nker nytt i Berlins lokaltrafik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I den tyska huvudstaden Berlin \u00e4r <em>Berlins Verkehrsbetriebe<\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bvg.de\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BVG<\/a>, det st\u00f6rsta bolaget verksamt inom den kommunala lokaltrafiken. BVG har ansvaret f\u00f6r tunnelbanetrafiken (U-Bahn), samt f\u00f6r sp\u00e5rvagnar och bussar. Ja, det finns ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5gra f\u00e4rjor som ing\u00e5r i infrastrukturen. F\u00f6rutom de traditionella transporttj\u00e4nsterna har man experimenterat med <strong>moderna mobilitetstj\u00e4nster<\/strong>. <br><br>Under fyra \u00e5r (2018\u20122022) provade man med <strong>sam\u00e5kningsprojektet <em>BerlK\u00f6nig<\/em> <\/strong>id\u00e9n om delade taxitj\u00e4nster. Sedan 2022 har ett nytt projekt tagit \u00f6ver, <strong><em>Muva<\/em><\/strong>, som fr\u00e4mst <strong>hj\u00e4lper m\u00e4nniskor med funktionsneds\u00e4ttningar<\/strong> att ta sig till t\u00e5gstationer med fungerande hiss (ingen sj\u00e4lvklarhet i Berlin). <br><br><strong>Appen <em>Jelbi<\/em><\/strong> \u00e4r ett annat f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att binda samman lokaltrafiken med den nya mobiliteten, dvs (el)cyklar, elsparkcyklar och \u00e4ven hyrbilar. Elcyklar och vanliga cyklar h\u00f6r till omr\u00e5det mikromobilitet och med undantag f\u00f6r promenader l\u00e4mnar de inte n\u00e5got klimatavtryck att tala om. Fast vi klarar oss inte bara med mikromobilitet. <br><br>Rapporten fr\u00e5n K2 s\u00e4ger att elfordon, lokaltrafik, mikromobilitet och moderna mobilitetstj\u00e4nster tillsammans kan v\u00e4nda den negativa milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan. Bussar drivs numera av biobr\u00e4nsle eller el, vilket g\u00f6r dem betydligt mer h\u00e5llbara \u00e4n vanliga bilar, undantaget elbilar. Elbilarna i sig kan dock inte l\u00f6sa alla problem. Det som kr\u00e4vs \u00e4r <strong>en kombination av det gamla och nya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Distansarbete, bilpooler och moderna mobilitetstj\u00e4nster<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6jligheten att <strong>arbeta hemifr\u00e5n<\/strong> kan ha stor betydelse. Det \u00e4r inte alla som kan jobba p\u00e5 distans, men de som kan borde g\u00f6ra det \u00e5tminstone ett par g\u00e5nger i veckan. Det g\u00e5r inte att g\u00f6ra fel n\u00e4r man undviker transporter helt och h\u00e5llet.<br><br>N\u00e4sta steg \u00e4r att utveckla all form av <strong>moderna mobilitetstj\u00e4nster<\/strong>, exempelvis bil- och taxidelning. Om du kan sam\u00e5ka med grannen g\u00f6r du milj\u00f6n en stor tj\u00e4nst. Bilpooler f\u00f6rekommer redan inom den kommunala verksamheten, som till exempel inom hemtj\u00e4nsten, och i storst\u00e4der kan du ing\u00e5 i bilpooler \u00e4ven privat. Det kr\u00e4vs politiska beslut, samarbeten&#8230;  Ja, en helt ny frihetsreform, enligt K2. <strong>Hela samh\u00e4llskontraktet m\u00e5ste skrivas om<\/strong>, kanske beh\u00f6vs en s\u00e4rskild statlig myndighet som arbetar med detta och utvecklar l\u00e5ngtg\u00e5ende strategier. <br><br>Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt att titta p\u00e5 finansieringen, f\u00f6r <strong>omst\u00e4llningen kommer inte vara gratis<\/strong>. Bara att planera om gaturummet f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja g\u00e5ng- och cykeltrafik, och begr\u00e4nsa biltrafiken, kommer kosta.<br><br>En annan bra id\u00e9 som n\u00e4mns i rapporten \u00e4r <strong>efterfr\u00e5gestyrd kollektivtrafik<\/strong>. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k i b\u00e5de USA och Japan har visat sig framg\u00e5ngsrika, inte minst f\u00f6r \u00e4ldre medborgare, och man har sparat pengar p\u00e5 att inte ha en fast tidsplan.
